Australia Grand Prix Result

Yes. It's another season of Grand Prix with Australia being the 1st stop.
It was not a promising 1st race for the Ferraris.
A driver error by Kimi sent his Ferrari into a wall on lap 42,
Masa retired 3 laps later due to a steering failure.
Trulli was stripped of his 3rd place when race stewards ruled that he had illegally overtaken
Hamilton while the safety car was on the track within the last 5 laps.

Results:
1st - Jenson Button (Bawn-Mercedes)
2nd - Rubens Barrichello (Bawn-Mercedes)
3rd - Lewis Hamilton (McLaren-Mercedes)

Driver's standing:
1) Button ~ 10
2) Barrichello ~ 8
3) Hamilton - 6

Ferrari, Renault and Red Bull made appeals over the steward's decision to clear
3 rival teams' (Williams, Toyota and Brawn) controversial bodywork. (reae disffusers on the cars). The international Automobile Federation (FIA) said its International Court of Appeal
would hear the appeals in Paris on Apr 14.

Tracy has cravings for pork knuckles, so off we went to Paulaner for dinner.

Junie also joined us for the dinner.

The ambience was great and food was above average.

I ordered the lager

Tracy ordered the dark

Junie ordered the white wine

Pan-roasted Rosti potato

with sauteed wood mushroom topped with asparagus tips and air-dried ham

Crispy pork knuckles served on bed of sauerkraut with German bread dumplings

charcoal-grilled sausage sampler

Frankfurter, Debreziner, garlic sausage, cheese knacker, Nuremberg sausages

served on bed of sauerkraut and mashed potatoes

It's dessert time!!!!

We wanted to order the baked cherry strudel, but it was not available that day:

warm apple strudel served with bourbon-vanilla sauce

Watched "Confession of a Shopaholic" with the gals at AMK Hub.

Synopsis from Golden Village:

Dinner 1st then movies.
Ladies night on a friday with Dawn, Junie, Tracy and Nana.
Ichiban Sushi at AMK Hub. Super crowded even on a weekday.

Dawn had the Pink Lady killer

I had the coke float

both of us ordered the unagi and soba set:

Detroit Metal City

Super hilarious movie!! Kenichi Matsuyama is really great in this movie.
Who can imagine he acted as "L" in Deathnote.
The acting was quite exaggerating, but I think it's all for good laugh.
Highly recommended..
Go see it and you will know why.

Synopsis from Golden Village:

In a twist of fate, he is forced to debut as a member of the satanic Death Metal band "Detroit Metal City" (DMC), whose trademark is an eccentric make-up and destructive performance. Despite the intention of becoming a pop celebrity, he makes a triumphant debut as the Death Metal vocalist and the story hilariously describes the array of his woes until he finally faces off against the legendary and world-renowned Death Metal vocalist "Jack IL Dark" on the stage!

Met up with Dawn and Nana for dinner in Orchard. Went Food Republic at Wisma.

Additions to my handphone accessory collection

Since my sis came back from Japan 2 yrs ago, my handphone accessory collection has been stagnant and has not been growing significantly.
I couldn't resist these 2 new additions to my collection.
I think I must have been stressed at work lately, that explains my impulsive buying.
