Dinner with Dawn, Junie, Tracy and Nana at T.G.I Friday's.
We were excited that it's back in Singapore again.
But were disappointed with the quality of food.
The place is small and the food were a tad salty.
All of us had the steak.

Chili's did not accept reservations and they gave us this beeper.

Botak Jones @ Marine Parade (17/Oct/09)

Parents went for tour to China, the cats were out, so the mice came out to play..hahaha...
Since mum's not cooking, so we decided to try out the newly opened Botak Jones near my house.
Personally, I prefer Ashton.

Celebrated a colleague's birthday at Ethan's near my office.
They served pretty decent sausages and rosti.
And it's not expensive.

Ajisen @ Bugis and Aston Prime @ Centrepoint (26/Jul/09)

Went Bugis for lunch after service with Bobo and Dawn.
We finally decided on Ajisen:

After lunch, Bobo and Dawn went shopping at Bugis and later at Orchard.

I meet them at Orchard for dinner.

Ashton Prime has a new outlet at Centrepoint.

I always go to Ashton but never Ashton Prime, so decided to give this a try.
I didn't order their steak that day, frankly speaking, I was quite disappointed with their dishes.

Bobo ordered the spaghetti

I ordered the chicken provencal which comes in 2 side dishes

fries (turns out to be soggy) and

mac n cheese (the shell pasta was undercooked and hard)

Total disappointed as I've always like Ashton.

Don't think I will go there again, but I will still go Ashton.

Botak Jones Ordered in at Zane's house (30/May)

It has been a very long time since we had our MJ session at Zane's house.
So this particular Saturday, we decided to hold our MJ session at Zane's house.

Dinner was ordered from Botak Jones,
this was my 1st time though I have heard alot about Botak Jones.
Almost all of us ordered the fish and chips except for Junie who ordered
the burger. And she ate it before I can take a photo.


Fish and chips

For fish and chips, you can only order one side dish cos the fries is considered one side dish.
But you can opt to change the fries to other side dish.
The fish taste fresh and meaty but if you are ordering take-away,
I think it's better not to order the fries as it tend to be abit soggy.

Dallas Restaurant and Bar (16/May/09)

(a very late post as I'm lazy and at the same time busy at work)....
Celebrated Tracy's birthday on 16/May/09 which is a Saturday.
Decided to try out Dallas Restaurant and Bar..
Ambience was fabulous as there were only 3 groups of customers
on the 2nd level which we were dining at.
Service wise, it was S...l....o......w.....but bearable.

~ combination of Dallas wings, chicken and cheese quesedillas

chargrill ribeye with fried eye, fries and salad

Tenderloin with shitake mushroom, mash potatoes and veggies
