The All American Hearty Breakfast:

Singapore Grand Prix 2009 (25/Sep ~ 27/Sep)

Wednesday, September 30, 2009

Somehow, I was not as excited as last year. And I didn't really take alot of photos like last year.
But this year, my sis brought her new cannon DSLR EOS 500D and the photos turned out great.
Imagine those cars were going at super high speed and my normal digital camera can only take very blurred pictures.
Below collage is from my sis:
Kimi, my favourite driver

program for Saturday, can't imagine there is backstreet boys

on our way to turn 13 which we went last yr
great place to see all the actions

infront of turn 13 is Fullerton Hotel

this nasi lemak from Old Chang Kee cost us a whopping $6

the great view of sunset

Sunday's program highlights

this time we went to a different place which is outside esplanade.

reason why we changed place?
Cos After Sat's qualifying, we were "sian" of the results (Hamilton in pole position),
so we were thinking there is nothing much to see, so no need to go turn 13.
We just wanted to wait for the driver's parade at 6.30pm, take Kimi's photo and
walk around the area.

After the drivers' parade, we decided to go Marina Square for dinner.
Cafe Cartel was so empty!

Hawaiian pork chop

St Louis pork ribs

After dinner, we went back to Padang, the drivers were already halfway through their 61 laps.

Dawn's KTV session (22/Aug/09)

Thursday, August 27, 2009

Even since the KTV session during my birthday,
my dear friend Dawn has been practising a list of 10 songs,
preparing herself for the next session.
So in order to test her, Junie and I decided to asked her out for a KTV session.
We went to Kbox at Suntec City (no cover charge) from 11am to 2pm.

Since we don't want to take photos, so Dawn decided to take photos of our feet instead.
Guess which feet belongs to who?

Verdict: Dawn passed the test!
Next Test: Learn a list of 20 different songs!!
Hahaha!!

It's finally here!!!
This year, I went with Junie, Dawn and Sng. And we were super Kiasu.
The event starts at 11am and we were there at 9.30am for breakfast and
starting to queue at 10.30am. But this year, it was not as crowded and there
were less items on display.
Last year, I missed the chance of having my photo taken with Simone Legno.
But not this year, instead of 1 photo, I had 2 photos taken!! Happy Happy!!!
